Demons of Darkness Support the Military in Egypt

The imams (top Muslim clerics) of darkness, hypocrisy, deceit, evil and death that serve the Zionists and imperialists—headed by the Grand “Rabbi” of the Muslim Sunni World, Yusuf al-Qaradawi, and his followers of “Salafis” and “Muslim Brotherhood”—stand against civil disobedience called for by more than fifty organizations and political parties in Egypt.  Abdel Moneim al-Shahhat, a spokesman for the Salafi (fundamentalist) group, who has just issued a brand new “fatwa” that prohibits professional soccer ball games, says, we reject civil disobedience, because it causes corruption in the land.

These forces of darkness that today deny peaceful civil disobedience in Egypt, were used as a platform to kill approximately a hundred and fifty thousand Libyans, and to destroy the entire infra-structure of the country by NATO forces.

'The same imams were used earlier to give their blessings on the invasion of Iraq and the murder of three million Iraqis as a result of military action and economic sanctions. At present, they have been issuing fatwas (Jurisprudence) that religiously legalizes armed disobedience and insurrection against Syria, the only remaining Arab fortress resisting hegemony of Western capitals that succumb to Tel-Aviv wishes.'
The new Libyan regime installed by the West, according to the present Minister of Finance, has already emptied the coffers of Libya, and is not capable of paying public employees’ salaries.  Pre-Arab Spring “Revolution,” Tripoli which had allocated a sizeable portion of its huge income from oil to aid African countries and support liberation movements including the African National Congress led by Nelson Mandela, today begs Western countries for handouts.

The same imams were used earlier to give their blessings on the invasion of Iraq and the murder of three million Iraqis as a result of military action and economic sanctions.  At present, they have been issuing fatwas (Jurisprudence) that religiously legalizes armed disobedience and insurrection against Syria, the only remaining Arab fortress resisting hegemony of Western capitals that succumb to Tel-Aviv wishes.  These imams sanction and endorse a murderous and destructive rebellion which is politically, militarily, technically and financially supported by Western governments as well as the Zionist settler entity in occupied Palestine.

These demons distort Islam to incite criminal disobedience that uses the latest machine guns, RBJs, explosive belts and car bombs to massacre children, women and men and to destroy private and public properties that Syrians had built with sweat and blood. They give “prayers” to terrorist insurgency, funded by Arab petrodollars that serve the greedy interests of the enemies of Arabs and Muslims.

The civil disobedience and the general strike which was called for by the Egyptian youths who initiated the revolution and sacrificed their blood and lives for its success, have a legitimate and a noble objective.  They want the military council that holds the reins of power and causes mischief and murder, to listen and adhere to popular demands.

Civil disobedience is a civilized tool that uses public pressure, not violence and brutality; that calls for peaceful protest, not loss of life; that builds, not burns and ruins; that intends to give strength and bring stability, not havoc and turmoil. Civil disobedience is a temporary action and it ends when the Egyptian Revolution is put on the right track, and when the people of Egypt are convinced that the many thousands of martyrs, injured and maimed, have not been sacrificed in vain.

Civil disobedience advocated by the progressive forces in Egypt seeks to lift the injustice, to reconstruct and to establish peace and stability in a country that has suffered from dictatorship and banditry and subordination to the enemies of the nation for over forty years.

Egypt’s youths call for civil disobedience in the land because they do not trust the military that continues to lie, murder and carry out the same policies for which former President Hosni Mubarak was ousted.  The military still implements plans and agendas of foreign powers which diligently work to destroy Egypt and to prevent it from playing a leading role in the liberation of Arab, Muslim and African peoples.  The Egyptian revolutionaries do not trust committees chosen by the military; do not trust a constitution drafted under the control of the military; and do not trust presidential elections under military rule.  They insist on a transitional government that honors and implements the principles on which the Revolution was founded.

Finally, to the traitors who promised to raise the flag of the Zionist entity in the skies of Damascus, to those who insist on “honoring” international agreements forced unto Egypt, and providing guarantees not to bring down the Zionist flag from the skies of Cairo; to reactionaries who stab the Arab and Muslim nations in the back by toxic daggers in the name of religion; and to collaborators who consider the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has brought pride and invincibility to all Arabs and Muslims, as the enemy of the Arabs, while they lay in bed with the leaders of the Zionist settler state and its protectors; to those the Arab masses say:

We will no longer be fooled. In Islam, civil disobedience against tyranny is a religious obligatory. Islam is a force for liberation and not subordination. The fig leaves that you hide behind are falling. The truth is steadily and forcefully emerging. Syria and Egypt will survive. Their people will overcome. True democracy will prevail. Iranians are our brothers. We share history, geography and culture.  We face a common enemy that is determined to annihilate us. We are thankful for the Iranian leadership and people for their solidarity, support and enormous sacrifices.
