Black lawmakers split over
Black farmer's plight
WASHINGTONIn the short space of one week,
what started as an effort by Congressional Black Caucus members to assist
Black farmers in their on-going battle for fair treatment from the U.S.
Department of Agriculture (USDA), has turned into an angry finger-pointing
exercise among CBC members and the only Black Republican House member,
with the farmers stuck in the middle.

Final Call
Final Call News (FCN): How did
you become Brother Shaka Sankofas spiritual advisor?
Min. Robert Muhammad (RM): In
1993 the case gained notoriety because his new lawyers found the evidence
that always existed that would have exonerated him for the murder of Bobby
Lambert. At that time he began compiling a list of people in the community
that he respected and that he wanted to help work on his case to expose
not only his case but the whole death penalty or capital punishment
system.

Shaka
Sankofa's last words
I would like to say that I
did not kill Bobby Lambert, that Im an innocent Black man that is
being murdered. This is a lynching that is happening in America
tonight. Theres overwhelming and compelling evidence of my defense
that has never been heard in any court of America.
