ACCRA, Ghana (FinalCall.com) - President Barack Obama's pilgrimage to Africa's first modern independent nation may be one of the most significant trips to the continent by any U.S. political figure. If the American leader's visit leads to a shift in U.S. thinking and action, action that results in a policy that makes Africa a partner instead of a pawn, it could be the dawn of a new relationship between the Motherland and the world's sole superpower.
