Sentiments continue pouring in from around the world from athletes, entertainers, activists and everyday people following the death of Nipsey Hussle. The influence of the 33-year-old entrepreneur, family man and hip-hop artist is still being shared via social media as people reflect on the impact a young man described as a “king,” “prince,” humble human being and much more. An outpouring of love has flooded Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other online mediums. His tragic death sent shock waves of sadness to those who were fans of his music and to those who simply knew Nipsey as a young, Black man working to make his community a safe and decent place to live through investing in businesses that provided jobs for his people. But alongside the shock and sadness is also a resolve from those that his life touched to continue his memory and legacy through work, service and giving back to the community.
