Before discussing the powerful meaning of these verses of the 89th Surah, 1-30, which is the theme of Dedication and present work at our newly-renovated National Educational Center on Stony Island. I wish to draw our attention to every letter and every number in the title and description of this particular Surah.

If we count every single letter in both the Arabic transliteration and English title plus the number of the Surah and its verses, we will come to the number 19 in the final resolution. Example: Al-Fajr: The Daybreak equals 17 letters with final resolution: 1+7=8. Now add this 8 to 89=16 (final resolution) plus 30 verses (16+3) = 19.

The number 19 as we have learned represents the Signature of God in every created thing including man in the heavens above and in the earth below. Master Wallace Fard Muhammad, The Great Mahdi, came under the number 19 to proclaim His Presence and His Mission, in the resurrection of our mentally Dead nation and people in America by laying the base for our mathematical studies of Islam.

The number 19 reduces to ten and ultimately back to one or Wahid in the Arabic Language. Master Fard Muhammad came to North America, as we are taught in one of our Lesson Assignments, alone, by Himself, emphasizing His Self-Independence and His unique oneness and connection to God in Himself and in man.

He brought to His mentally dead people, through the divine teaching of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, an exquisite study of the oneness of God and man exemplified in Himself and His Servant, quickening us into the knowledge of self and the knowledge of God.

He brought to His Nation a little book of lessons based on the mathematical language of Islam from the first assignment to the last, that if we studied properly and mastered its contents, we would be given the knowledge of how to tune in and learn the answers to all complex matters that engulf us. But how few of us understood and even now understand the value of what was given to us to study from the Master which comes under the heading of THE DEPARTMENT OF SUPREME WISDOM. Letter per letter in the above title of our assignment comes to the number 19.

Method: As we count each letter in the title, “The Department of Supreme,” and we come to ten, resolve or reduce the 10 to one again and continue counting the letters until we come to ten, resolve or reduce the 10 to one again and continue counting the letters until we come to 19 with final resolution which is 10 and then one. So with 10 numbers as the base of the mathematical language, given to us to study by the Master and His servant, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, we begin our education into the knowledge of self and the knowledge of God.
