Farrakhan The Traveler by Jabril Muhammad

The following are excerpts from "Is It Possible that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad Is Still Alive?"

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad gave wise hints and outright statements to Minister Farrakhan about his identity. Among these was Peters relation to the Minister. He did it in more than one way. One was by having the Minister do a series of talks entitled: "On This Man Have I Laid The Key."

The Minister didnt catch the profundity of his teachers request. But his teacher knew that one day he would. His teacher knew him and all of the stages through which he was destined to pass through until they meet again, as it was written.

In a certain sense, Peter was the one who led the other disciples in expressing to Jesus their recognition of Jesus identity.

In the 16th chapter of the book of Matthew we read what is called Peters confession. This refers to Peters expression of Jesus identity especially in relation to God. Jesus used certain circumstances to make known certain truths. He chose a particular time in which to lay on Peter the fact that on him would he build his "church." Moreover, he did it in front of others.

Weve also read that Jesus told Peter he would fail, but not altogether. Jesus further made clear that the rise of Peter for his future work was set in motion even before his fall.

Jesus said to Peter that when he came back to him, he, Peter, was to strengthen his brothers (sisters too). Luke 22: 31, 32.

No one can deny that Minister Farrakhan has indeed, been the rock on which the Honorable Elijah Muhammad is building his house. The gates, or the powers of this world would not, have not and cannot prevail, or succeed, against what is being divinely built, despite all of their combined efforts to destroy the "rock", the Honorable Louis Farrakhan.

How many Black menor any mando you know of who have been able to withstand the kind of pressure that this worlds best have put on Minister Farrakhan?

...............

Minister Farrakhan didnt know it, at that time, but during those three days, in September, 1977, significant and powerful prophecies were being fulfilled in him. Without a sincere study of this we will not really come to understand Minister Farrakhan on the level or to the degree that we could, which is for our own benefit. Nor can we grasp what was going on in the spirit of the Honorable Louis Farrakhan, at that time, nor now (as he travels inwardly and externally on to his teacher) without that study which activates and maintains Gods spirit, out of which he operates day and night. The proper study of people and things takes us into the spirit of what we are studying. Only then are we in position to really understand the person; that is if the study is of the proper kind.

He did not know, at that time, that he was fulfilling the sign left by Peter, in the rise of Peter and his work in the building of the early church. Nor did he know that he was likewise fulfilling the same prophecies respecting Paul. (And this is not all.)

We must remember the concept of types essentially means prophecy. We ought to keep this in mind, as Minister Farrakhan was, and is, fulfilling prophecy daily.

In 1975, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad went up to meet his Teacher. The Honorable Louis Farrakhan went down, as part of his preparation, to eventually go up to meet his teacher.

................

On the third day, in September 1977, I visited Minister Farrakhan. He looked refreshed, pained and determined.

We exchanged the greetings of peacethe same one Jesus taught his followers, according to the Bible. Then he said, "Brother, your eye operation was a success. The scales have been removed from my eyes."

...............

You may or may not agree that Acts 9:18 has any bearings on that moment on the twelfth floor of a hotel in Hollywood. But it does contain these words: "And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales ... ." These words were typical of the words of the Honorable Louis Farrakhan: "Brother, your eye operation was a success. The scales have been removed from my eyes."

...............

As I twice explained in 1984, in the book Farrakhan: The Traveler the Honorable Elijah Muhammad was not to come down in the physical sense to give Minister Farrakhan the next lesson. He must go up to his teacher. (He did the next year, in his September 17, 1985 more-than-a-vision experience, which points to that glorious meeting he was promised by his teacher.)

So, in another sense, the first phase of the mission of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad wasand yet was notcompleted in 1975. That is great mercy from Allah to us. He is finishing this first part of his mission through Minister Farrakhan, while working in the next or second phase of his mission.

..............

So we are repeating, and finishing up, very significant periods of the histories of the past, which all point to us, in these days of the ending of this world and the creation of the next. Moreover, we are also repeating and finishing up recent history, from 1930 onwards; some of which is painful, all of which is the outworking of the will of Allah, in fulfillment of prophecywhich was history written in advance.

I wrote a series of articles for The Final Call, touching on the subject of "pain," among other issues. Here is some of one of the articles I wrote in April, 1993, that bears on what weve been looking at, at this point in this book.

It is written, in the Bible, in the 20th chapter of John, that Jesus asked one of his followers, Thomas, to touch him, in the place where he was speared, to determine for himself that he was alive. Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

This is related to a passage the Honorable Elijah Muhammad often referred to. Its in verses 54 through 56, of the fifth Surah of the Holy Quran. He made us to see that it was first directed to us prior to 1975 and yet it pointed to a time after 1975; after the time of the departure of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and on the rise of Minister Farrakhan in 1977. He said that after the Nation of Islam fell it would arise, never to fall again.

Why did he say: "never?" What did he foreknow? What did he know of the root of this "never?" What is the root of "never" and how does "never" relate to "forever," or that which is "eternal?"

The above is from the book mentioned above and can now be obtained through my web-site address: www.writtentestimony.com. It includes the entire book from which the above was quoted and much more.

More next issue, Allah willing.
