And when Moses said to his people: O my people, remember the favour of Allah to you when He raised prophets among you and made you kings and gave you what He gave not to any other of the nations.Holy Quran, Surah 5, verse 20

From the perspective of our current study on Time in the past, present and future, being perfect introduced to us through the Divine Teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, we are becoming more and more conscious of the fact that the more we understand the past events of history, the more accurate is our understanding of the present moment of time which gives us a clearer view of what the future holds for us.

The problem with Israel was that, notwithstanding Allahs bestowal of Great Blessings among them, they were faithless when it came to being grateful for such wondrous Divine Blessings and they were too weak to take up the challenge of moving forward into the promised land even at Allahs Command. "O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah has ordained for you and turn not your backs, for then you will turn back losers. They said: O Moses, therein are a powerful people, and we shall not enter it until they go out from it; if they go out from it, then surely we will enter." Surah 5, verses 21&22

We are generally as a people so hard-hearted that it is extremely difficult for us to see and to recognize that the same history of rebellious and recalcitrant Israel of the past is fitting the mode of our own rejection of ourselves and our God, Who is present among us to deliver and to save us from the past destructions of former peoples and nations who rejected the clear warnings and the Divine Warners. The Holy Quran reminds us of the peoples and nations who were always making excuses for their rebelliousness in their rejection of Gods Mercy, and consequently suffered Divine Punishment and Destruction. Are we any better than those former peoples or might we be in a worse condition of rebelliousness?

"Two men of those who feared, on whom Allah had bestowed a favour, said: Enter upon them by the gate, for when you enter it you will surely be victorious; and put your trust in Allah, if you are believers. They said: O Moses, we will never enter it so long as they are in it; go therefore thou and thy Lord, and fight; surely here we sit." Surah 5, verses 23&24.

My dear beloved Black Nation and mentally enslaved people of America, we are ignorant to the fact that we have been wandering in this American Wilderness for over 400 years of servitude slavery, in the same condition as Israel in bondage in Egypt. And we are ignorant to the fact that warners and messengers have been raised in our midst as was the experience of Israel in Egypt, with Divine Guidance to the Sinai and the River Jordan, and we are also guilty of rejecting our modern day warners, as those who came before us.

Measuring the present time starting from 1930, when the Great Mahdi, Master W. Fard Muhammad, first made his public appearance in America, two Messengers were raised in our midst to deliver us from out of Satans World, in the face of more virulent crisis ever emerging with the threat to our lives and our generations to come; yet we are blind to Him Who has come to save us and cannot recognize Gods Mercy in the raising up of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and his Brother, The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, who have laid down their lives, like sacrificial sheep on the altar, that we might have life and more abundantly.

Here is Gods Answer to a rebellious and disobedient people: "He said: (Moses speaking), My Lord, I have control of none but my own self and my brother; so distinguish between us and the transgressing people. He said: It will surely be forbidden to them for forty yearsthey will wander about in the land. So grieve not for the transgressing people."
Holy Quran, Surah 5, verses 25 & 26

To be continued.
