Harvest time: Lessons from the wheat and the tare
By Jabril Muhammad
Updated Mar 16, 2013 - 11:28:42 AM

I wrote these few paragraphs, as part of my articles many years ago, for The Final Call. During that time I wrote a few other books that involve the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.

During that time, I saw some things that were done publicly were against Minister Farrakhan, which really helped him. Why? His assignment came from the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, who met the Supreme Being, in person.

For example, I’m using the word, in this article  “Backfire.” Backfire means “a plan or action that has the opposite effect to what was intended; a fire set intentionally to arrest the progress of an approaching fire by creating a burned area in its path, thus depriving the fire of fuel.”

If you study Minister Farrakhan’s history, you will see that a series of events that are changing the situation, here in America and in the world, bears witness to the truth of the Bible and the Holy Qur’an. That involves the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, and more.

(Allah willing, I will get into the “and more,” next article.)

For example, more and more Christian Ministers are seeing and relating to Minister Farrakhan as written of in the Bible.

This involves study, but what kind of study?

Now, for more of an explanation, more and more prophecies are being fulfilled. Anyone can see and hear Minister Farrakhan, for himself or herself.

Does this involve the Bible and the Holy Qur’an and the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s history? That involves divine help.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad “put” Minister Farrakhan in his position—this involves agreement with the knowledge of the fulfillment of prophecy in the scriptures. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad saw this (and more) before he left America, in 1975.

This is part of that series of articles, I mentioned earlier in this article, I wrote in a book. In this article, I’ve changed a very few words, but it’s all truthful.

“In the Bible, we can read that, towards, the close of Paul’s mission, hypocrisy rapidly increased among his followers, threatening what he and those with him, were building.

“How can any of us ‘see’ the relationship between these two books, the Bible and the Holy Qur’an?

“What is the relationship between the Bible and the Holy Qur’an and the work of Minister Farrakhan, and ourselves, which is at the end of this world’s power? To be more exact, all of us are living at, or in the time of Judgment.”

I’m using words that came from the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.

“It was written in Jesus’ prophecy, in The New Testament in the parable of the wheat and the tare. The Greek word, transliterated ‘zizania,’ is often translated ‘tares.’

“In Jesus’ parable, tares (or darnel, the modern word), refers to a plant that looks like wheat. It’s a different, harmful plant from wheat. It’s not wheat at all. God’s enemies planted it.

“It’s not very easy for the untrained eye to see that it is not wheat, before it comes to fruit. If you say you have such sight, who trained you?

“The darnel becomes really poisonous immediately before harvest time and is thus most dangerous just before it comes to fruit.

“The darnel’s seeds or fruit contains a poisonous soporific drug; a drug that induces deep sleep or causes one to become drowsy and lethargic. It has in it a narcotic drug that causes slumber. Some say it’s in a poison in the fungus, which follows the seed. Both are deadly.

“ ‘Darnel’ are allowed to grow among the ‘wheat’ until harvest. Afterwards, it’s separated from the Believers and burned.

“Why only at harvest time and not earlier? They grow side by side in the same soil. Pulling up the darnel would damage the roots of the wheat also. To go through a field of wheat, pulling up darnel would mean trampling a lot of wheat, and would damage the roots of the wheat.

“One rotten apple can spoil the rest. How does it occur? As it rots, it releases an acidic substance, gaseous in form, which gets on and causes the other apples in close proximity to it to likewise become rotten.

“So the Messiah said one hypocrite is worse than 100 disbelievers. So suppose you have 15 or 20, or more, such folk?

“But despite the presence of such characters, the Nation of Islam will not fall again.

“The work Minister Farrakhan is doing—right now—is the major factor in its not falling again. The Divine Supreme Being and the Messiah and their hosts (of whom the wicked are mostly unaware) guarantee Minister Farrakhan’s (and our the Believers) success.

“The pressures the Believers are now undergoing are a major aspect of their preparation, to fashion them into diamond-like jewels that they may serve Allah in the next phase of the development of His Kingdom, as it is written in the scriptures.

“Remember, ‘Allah wastes not the reward of the believers’—Holy Qur’an 3:170.

“Those who refuse to drink all of the spiritual medicine Minister Farrakhan continuously offers, which is manifested in our actions in a major way, as the ‘golden rule’ as it is called, will soon be separated from the Believers at a time not far off, as it is written.

“Read the parable in Chapter 13 The New Testament of Matthew about the sowers of God’s truths the types of ground (hearts). We must honestly ask ourselves: Into which of the categories mentioned in that parable do we fit, at present?

“If we are not in the best category, remember, Minister Farrakhan holds out the torchlight by which we may see how to move into the best position with Allah. He holds that same torchlight by which America can improve her standing with God, Himself.”

Read that entire chapter, above and below.

“We must hurry before the wall (which will have a door) is raised, as described in 57:13 of the Holy Qur’an.

“It’s written: ‘On the day when the hypocrites, men and women, will say to those who believe: Wait for us, that we may borrow from your light. It will be said: ‘Turn back and seek a light. Then a wall, with a door in it, will be raised between them. Within it shall be mercy, and outside of it chastisement.’

“The parable of the 10 virgins in Matthew 25:1-13, which warns us against going into a slumber caused by the effect of the spiritual tares or darnels, that keeps us from preparing for Jesus’ imminent return.

“All of the virgins got drowsy and went to sleep. All woke up. Then, they were separated. What separated them? Some had ‘oil’ and the others did not.”

I wrote the above many years ago. Time has changed. We must know the difference between prediction and prophecies.

In the book titled Closing The Gap, I’ve asked Minister Farrakhan a series of questions. He answered all of them. He did it without hesitation. He responded to all of them without delay.

Gap means: “a break or hole in an object or between two objects.” It also means: “a difference, especially an undesirable one, between two views or situations.”

What caused me to ask those series of questions and Minister Farrakhan’s reactions to them? What exactly happened before and after that time, to right now? Why should you know this?

I know the above requires real study. Allah willing, I will write my reaction to the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan’s Saviours’ Day 2013 address, that the world heard at that time.

If you have not studied the word “require,” you should do it.

More next issue, Allah willing.
