Classical conditioning and the ‘war on terror’

The events of 9/11 were a continuation of the use of fear to motivate and manipulate the American public to respond in a predetermined manner. On 8/11—in what is being called the biggest potential act of terror since 9/11—British authorities arrested 21 “alleged terror suspects,” thwarting a plot involving liquid bombs that supposedly would have resulted in the deaths of thousands of civilians on U.S.-bound flights from Britain.

The United States raised the terror threat level to “red” for all U.S.-bound aircraft from Britain. Simultaneously, all liquid containers have been banned on all international and domestic flights. The suspects are alleged to be Pakistani.

News of the foiled plot followed pro-Israeli and pro-war Senator Joseph Lieberman’s loss to anti-war candidate Ned Lamont in the Connecticut Democratic primary. The loss signaled a larger anti-war movement. Add to that, the Bush administration’s need to leverage support of Israel’s invasion of Lebanon as America and her allies continue their gust to control the Middle East and its coastal seaports.

Adam Weishaupt founded the Illuminati, a secret society whose mission was to free man from religion and achieve domination of the chosen power elite, the enlightened ones. Primary in his psychological arsenal was brainwashing through the creation of chaos and fear to gain control over the masses.Effective conditioning requires the reinforcement of the initial event (9/11) with stimulus generalization; reinforcers that are not of the same magnitude, but that significantly approximate the initial event, thus producing the same response.

Classical psychological conditioning is employed to keep the thoughts of the American public under control.Psychological behavioral theorist Ivan Pavlov is credited with the development of Classical Conditioning as a means of controlling the behavior of animals. B.F. Skinner developed the concept of operant conditioning, which included the control of both animal and human behavior through the use of reinforcements.

The concepts, theories and practices of theses early European scientists have been coupled with the advent of television and other media—with more than 90 percent owned or controlled by corporate America—which allows psycholinguistic programming (brainwashing) to influence the thoughts and behaviors of both Americans and the industrialized world.

The events on 9/11 instilled fear as a primary behavioral motivator, which has been used to manipulate people into supporting the spread of democracy throughout the world. Democracy is a code word for capitalism; and, in order for the two to spread, Islam must be undermined, just as Catholicism was undermined in 16th Century Europe. Both Catholicism and Islam fundamentally opposed the profit motive associated with capitalism, fostering a belief that the land and its resources belong to God.

To be human is innately to be humane. Hence, reasonable human beings would oppose national policies that would send their sons and daughters thousands of miles from home to be killed or to kill. Therefore, they must be programmed to act in ways that are inconsistent with their nature. Security and survival are two of man’s strongest human drives. In order to make reasonable people commitunreasonable acts, you must first convince them that their security and very survival are at stake.

Guilt-ridden people, with a history and race legacy of having assaulted and brutalized others for their own gains, experience a cultural paranoia that allows them to believe that the people they have exploited are out to destroy them. Paranoia distorts reality in a way that impairs these individuals’ ability to reason.

It is this contrived distortion of reality that results in Americans’ perception of themselves as victims rather than aggressors. Psychological association is employed so that the masses fail to realize that the security being threatened is corporate America’s economic security rather than the lives of the masses.

The Bush administration uses sound bites—such as “We must fight terrorism over there so we don’t have to fight them in America”—to enhance a hero mentality in which loving parents can live with the sacrifice of their offspring to the “corporate gods.” People must be programmed to believe they are fighting evil, doing the Will of God and instilling freedom.

If you close your eyes, you will probably see visions of red and orange symbols that resonate in your head, increasing your fears and interfering with your ability to reason. President George Bush’s drop in the polls and Sen. Lieberman’s loss to an anti-war candidate are among the signals that a larger anti-war movement is mounting. Hence, the fear associated with 9/11 must be reinforced.Americans must feel that they are still under attack—it’scalled conditioning.
