Cultivating and manifesting the divine essence of the human being

CHICAGO (FinalCall.com) - The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan told nearly 300 spiritual leaders from across the entire Chicago metropolitan area their job is to identify, cultivate and manifest the divine presence in each and every individual that comes under their influence.

“We wouldn’t need a Bible or a Holy Qur’an if we lived the nature of God that is our very essence,” he said. “Your nature is the nature of God himself. Your nature is the same as his creation. His whole creation bows down to his law,” Minister Farrakhan added.

The Minister spoke at Freedom Temple Church of God in Christ on Chicago’s South Side August 26 for the monthly prayer breakfast hosted by the American Clergy Leadership Conference.

“You are not just human beings,” the Minister continued, “you are divine beings existing in human form,” he added.

Christ wants the people to be transformed into a new reality and to do that, he needs preachers of the word who are not afraid. The work of the preachers of God is “salvation, redemption, and reconciliation of fallen man back to God,” not compromising with the wickedness of the world.

“If you are in this world and you are happy, then you don’t belong to him, because he is not pleased with this (world),” said the Minister. “In Christ, we become new creatures. In Christ, we are named after him. In Christ—if he is really formed in us—then when I see you, I see him. When I hear you, I hear him, and when you walk, he walks. When you preach—it’s not vanity— he’s preaching through you,” said the Minister.

Fear prevents clergy from speaking the full gospel, and since Christ is not fully formed in many preachers, those who listen to their words are not being transformed, he said.

“Christ is interested in reforming the people who have been in the world of Satan,” said Min. Farrakhan. “I know lesbianism and homosexuality is growing in America like a plague making America look more wicked than Sodom and Gomorrah! And if God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah how can America escape the wrath of God?”

Fallen humanity needs to be guided back to God’s straight path, he said. At the same time, the Minister said those who are in the houses of worship should not be filled with self-righteous, sanctimonious people.

“Let’s cut out all the masquerading!” said the Minister. “If you are what you think you are, you don’t have to put on a front!”

Speak Truth to Power

Clergy should be “agents of the Kingdom of God” and not tools of the powerful political rulers of the world. They should have the courage to speak truth to power, no matter what the consequences, and they should also not be afraid to deliver a strong and clear word from God regarding the judgment of this world. All the end time signs described in scripture are taking place, said the Minister.

“What are we as pastors doing to get our people ready for the cataclysmic chaos that God is bringing about to end this world and its evil system of things?” he asked.

He is called a “hate-teacher” in the media and by those under the infl uence of the powerful rulers of this world, but he wastes no time worrying about what they think. Minister Farrakhan said Jesus would be considered a “hateteacher” since he said no man can serve two masters, and you must “love one and hate the other.” He also pointed to words in scripture where it is written that God loved Jacob and hated Esau.

“How can you love everybody and God doesn’t love everybody?” asked the Minister. All over the Earth, whenever someone says “The Minister,” everyone knows whom that is referring to, because of his level of service and his courage in speaking truth to power regardless of consequences.

“I don’t spare kings! When I am in their presence, I talk to them like I am talking to you because when you have met ‘The King of Kings’ then no king is there that I should bow down to! I’m not looking for the favor of man. I want to be favored by God,” said the Minister. “If the rulers love you, and they are wicked people, check yourself,” said the Minister.
