HOW-adverb-in what way or manner; by what means

TO-preposition-used for expressing aim, purpose, or intention

KEEP-verb (used with object)-to maintain (some action), esp. in accordance with specific requirements, a promise, etc.

HOUSE-noun-a household or family

We learned in How to Keep House class that there are 9 planets out here revolving around the sun. And these 9 planets are mastered and controlled by the Light of the Sun, which keeps the planets in orbit and in order. As long as the planets obey The Law of Light and keep within the prescribed limits of that Law, the planets function well and there is harmony in the Universal Order.

The same thing applies to you and me. There are 9 functioning systems within the human being. They are:  1) Skeletal, 2) Digestive, 3) Lymphatic, 4) Muscle, 5) Respiratory, 6) Endocrine, 7) Nervous, 8) Circulatory and 9) Reproductive. The 10th system is the Brain.

The health of this human body depends on how well these 10 Systems function in the relationship to each other. There is a “disorder” in the systems of your body anytime you get sick.

Our brain is to be like “The Sun:” It is to be lit with knowledge. When the brain is “lit with knowledge,” then the systems obey the law of the light of our knowledge, and we have harmony and order in the function of our bodies. The moment that you do not have the kind of knowledge that will allow you to live by the Divine Law of Almighty Allah (God), then the darkness of our thoughts and the darkness of our minds begin to interfere with the harmonious function of our systems.

We all know that a Muslim home should be an example to all. It should be of the highest form of cleanliness. A filthy house carries things that are harmful, such as allergens. We breathe this into our system. An unclean house can attract all kinds of insects, such as flies and roaches. Both carry germs and diseases. A cluttered house usually equals a cluttered mind. You can’t find things. How can you think clearly?

“There is an Indian proverb or axiom that says that everyone is a house with four rooms, a physical, a mental, an emotional and a spiritual. Most of us tend to live in one room most of the time but, unless we go into every room every day, even if only to keep it aired, we are not a complete person,” wrote Rumer Godden, A House with Four Rooms.

The condition of our homes can represent the condition of our Spiritual House. Could a messed up house represent how messed up our relationship with Allah (God) is? Allah (God) is holy. “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in You?” (1 Corinthians 3:16).

Quoting from “The Woman In Islam” by Mother Tynnetta Muhammad: “It is the duty of the woman to defend the Faith and to defend Truth at all costs. It is the duty of the Muslim Woman to help in the teaching and the propagation of Islam in the raising up of a Nation, for a Nation can rise no higher than its women. After God made the man in His Own Image, from a Single Being Or Soul, then He made the woman to give comfort and to be a Help-mate and the bearer of the load in the production of the family and in the teaching of spiritual truths to the Nation. The Black Woman was made by the God who made Himself. God makes a woman to imitate our nine planets. We should revolve and wrap ourselves around the Son, The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan because this is where we get our light from.”

Minister Farrakhan said heaven lies at the feet of mother. Feet means obedience and submission to her. Her head must be at the right place in order for heaven to be at her feet. Her head must be in the word of Allah (God) and in obedience to Allah (God).

Therefore, we must develop a relationship with Allah (God). We must pray. We must study scriptures. We must study the Holy Qur’an and the Bible. Study, study and study! We must give charity and we must fast. In conclusion, as we keep our physical house clean, we must also keep our spiritual house clean. In the words of Student Minister Brother Nuri Muhammad, “Act like a Lady; think like God.”

The Holy Qur’an, chapter 57, verses 11-12, says, “Who is he that will offer to Allah a good gift, so He will double it for him, and he will have a generous reward. On that day, thou wilt see the faithful men and the faithful women, their light gleaming before them and on their right hand, Good news for you this day!—Gardens wherein rivers flow, to abide therein! That is the grand achievement.”
