Considering a modern Paul, a modern Jesus and a modern Christ

What's your opinion on this article?

The word consider means: “take into consideration; take everything into account; think carefully about (something), typically before making a decision, and more.”

I sent several pages at that time that involves The Honorable Minister Farrakhan’s words

We are considering the work of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, especially the significance of his near 300,000 mile—nearly 50 city tour in 1981—a most significant year.

One cannot but think of Paul’s travels in connection with the magnificent work being done by this unusual Brother, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.

One of the major points of this series of articles was to show that even as Minister Farrakhan traveled the length and breadth of modern Babylon, issuing The Final Call, he was traveling inwardly towards his Lord.  This inward forward motion is what was going on in this unusual Brother as he outwardly made his near three hundred thousand mile journey during a six-month period in 1981.

Of course, this was and still is the case—since he rose up for, took his stand with, and invited 30 or more million Black people to The Honorable Elijah Muhammad. (At that time.)  Let us then take the same kind of look at Who Backs Minister Farrakhan up and with what.

The following is being stated as a fact. We are in the position that this world thinks Paul and the others were in 2,000 years ago in relation to Jesus in the overall purpose and plan of God. As Paul was to Jesus, according to Christian theology, so it is with Minister Farrakhan to the real Christ!

The New Testament, according to most of the scholars, was written during a period that covered around 40 to 45 years.  For instance the Scofield Reference Bible says that Paul’s first letter to the Thessalonians was written in A.D. 54.  It also states that the book of Revelation was written A.D. 96.

‘His works are manifest. They clearly testify to his identity. Both those of us who followed the Messenger prior to 1975, and those who did not, have been granted the favor of God in that He has not only raised His personal representative (The Honorable Elijah Muhammad) from among us, but out of His great mercy He provided His Apostle with an apostle—The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan ...’

If this is correct—and scholars do differ—then The New Testament was written during a 42 year period.  It also states that Jesus, who is called the Christ, died in either 29 or 30 A.D. If all of this is true then Paul’s first letter was not written until around 25 years after Jesus died.  Interesting.

We are also told that Jesus, who is called the Christ, was born 6 years B.C.—Before Christ.  If Jesus was the Christ why do the White Christian scholars teach that he was born before he was born?

Paul states that he was born out of due season.  Who is the “he”?  Was Paul talking about himself or Jesus?  If Paul was born untimely, and if Jesus was the Christ how do we account for Paul’s great success in preaching Jesus as the Christ?  Or was Paul speaking of Jesus being born out of due season?

If Paul was referring to Jesus as being born out of due season, was he thinking in the back of his mind that Jesus was not the Christ?  Or was he saying, being fully convinced of the identity of Jesus, that he was born in season to plan the word of God but that due season was the time of the harvest of the fruits of the word?

The work of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad was destroyed, or so it seemed, beginning in February 1975. Were he and his work a failure?  Was he born and did he work out of season? Or were he and his work in season with the due season of the harvest of the fruits of his labor yet to come?

Envy is the main evil quality that blocks an otherwise good mind from seeing the divine significance in the mission and message of Minister Farrakhan. Minister Farrakhan has crisscrossed America while delivering the knowledge of the meaning and message of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. He has done this accurately and consistently. The reaction of the overwhelming majority of his presentation makes it clear that not only is The Final Call welcome but on time.

If this is so, and it is, what is it about envy that blocks, impedes, or blinds a person from seeing that which is not only good and timely, but good and timely in the ultimate sense in that it is divine?

What is envy? What are its roots? Why is it so destructive? Dictionaries are of little or no help in defining the state of mind and feelings that the word envy represents. If you ever probe the study of morality, you will find that the extent to which envy influences vital issues is generally avoided by most writers, teachers, politicians, and scholars, in all fields.  Envy wears many faces or disguises.

Have you ever considered that it is all but impossible to depict a person who is posing by him or herself in a picture in a way that tells the viewer that the person is envious? If you were to draw an envious person how would that person look? It is very hard – if not outright impossible — due to the fact that envy in a person cannot be detected apart from that person’s relation to the other that he/she envies.

Envy is an emotion that is directed towards another. Without the other (a target, a victim) envy cannot happen. You can show fear, happiness, anger or grief with far greater ease than you can show envy in such as paintings or sculpture. It is no easy thing to portray the mind of a person who despises another for having a reputation or some skill which the envier may or may not lack to some degree but who rejoices at the other’s loss of such assets even though that loss would not mean a gain for the envier.

It is fully my intention to go further into this quality, which has absolutely no redeeming features and in no way can be a characteristic on which one can build brotherhood. We’ll have to look deeper into that. However, it had to be mentioned so that the purpose of this article be served.

Let us cover much in a few words.  If the bulk of the teachings of the Gospels under the name “Jesus” does really refer to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad—and if it does—how well have we learned the lessons of his mission? In essence, this is the same as asking ourselves how well we have learned the lessons God intended for us to learn through what is presented in the Bible and Holy Qur’an.

At the root of the trouble “Jesus” had was envy in the hearts of those he came to uplift, according to the Gospels. According to the book of Acts, at the root of the problems Paul had was the envy of the Jews. Nevertheless, he overcame ...  but.

It is evident from many passages in The New Testament that the writers thought that they were living at the end of the world. For example, in First Corinthians 10:10-11 we can read: “Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed by the destroyer. Now all these things happened unto them for examples, and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.”

The end of the world was not 2,000 years ago. It is NOW! And the lessons that others in the scriptures were given were ultimately intended for US. The greatest lesson of the scriptures and/or the times through which we are passing is mentioned in several ways and in several places in both the Bible and Holy Quran. One of these places is in John 5:39. It reads: “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life; and they are they which testify of me.” The “me”, is the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Those who understand (Holy Quran 13:43) can witness that he is that “me.”

The readers of both books are told that they should believe on the grounds of the works that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad has done, if on no other. His works will lead a reasonable person into the deeper grasp of his identity.

So it is with Minister Farrakhan.  His works are manifest. They clearly testify to his identity. Both those of us who followed the Messenger prior to 1975, and those who did not, have been granted the favor of God in that He has not only raised His personal representative (The Honorable Elijah Muhammad) from among us, but out of His great mercy He provided His Apostle with an apostle—The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan—to bring into remembrance the only doorway out of the hellish condition we were brought into by our slave masters.

Let us take advantage of this opportunity divinely provided through Minister Farrakhan before it is too late.
