As we approach Saviours’ Day 2014 to be celebrated in the city of Detroit, we come to the 84th year from the founding of the Nation of Islam by Master Fard Muhammad in 1930.  Returning to the city of Detroit, Michigan, where it all began, brings back memories of the bygone days of the last eight decades.  What is most important for each of us to answer is the question raised by our scientists in the 31st Problem of the Supreme Wisdom Lessons which asks, What are we doing for ourselves today?  We may further ask, What does the future hold for us?  Our Brother from the East wants to know and hear from us at once!

According to this problem, the time is limited for us to answer.  Upon one occasion, the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad was seated with a few of his laborers at the dinner hour in his residence at 4847 South Woodlawn Avenue, when I observed something extraordinary.  He was looking up at the large dining room crystal chandelier while slightly moving his lips as if he was talking to someone.  He looked back at us and communicated a message that he had just received from those on “The Wheel.” They told him that the time given for our awakening was coming to an end, and they were somewhat restless because of our slow pace.  I don’t know what the others thought, or what they perceived with this announcement, but I immediately thought that the execution of the Final Judgment and the part that these special scientists would play in the work of “The Wheel” was soon to be executed.  He told us upon other occasions that after him would come the executioners.

Several years later upon his departure in 1975, I surmised that the time of his departure what was communicated to the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad in preparation for the second part of his Mission which he is being executing today as the Risen Christ and Messiah that the world has been expecting.  He taught many of us privately that his real Mission had not yet begun.  While in Mexico, he shared with a few family members that he would be going away with the Saviour in preparation for that second part of his Mission which included learning a new, more perfect, expression of the Arabic language in order to read the New Book pertaining to the life of the Hereafter.

He was shown this book when the Master first made His Appearance in Detroit, Michigan, but he could not read the Arabic language.  We will recall that in 1930, two great signs were shown to the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and others in the sky which proclaimed His Coming and Presence among us.  The first sign was the recent discovery of the planet Pluto, which took place in March 1930 at Lowell’s Observatory in Flagstaff, Arizona.

The second sign was the appearance of the “Great Mother’s Wheel,” a humanly-built planet and mechanical object in the sky measuring one half mile by one half mile and can be seen at least twice a week.  He spoke to us about the power of that wheel which contains an arsenal of weapons to be used against God’s enemies at the proper time.  He also spoke to us about the Great New World Civilization that exists on this Mighty Wheel.

When the Honorable Elijah Muhammad communicated that message to us in his dining room that he received from the occupants on “The Wheel,” it was in the latter part of the 1960s.  I noted that the resonance field through which he received this communication was a Crystal Chandelier.  He further taught us that he was in communication with Master Fard Muhammad at least twice a year or whenever it was necessary.  He was being guided by the Master every step of the way throughout his Divine Mission. 

The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad has taught us in the Theology of Time lectures in 1972 at Mosque Maryam that he was in the circle of the Seven Powerful Angels and in the circle of the 12 Scientists guiding him to know when it was time for him to be taken.  The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan has been guided through his extraordinary Vision-like Experience up to this present hour, including his recent webcasts on the dynamics of “The Wheel” and its twofold work which is a curse for the enemies of God and a Blessing for the Righteous.  These lectures are taking us up to our Saviours’ Day celebration of the 84th Commemorative Anniversary of the Nation’s founding in Detroit, Michigan.

Through the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan we are revisiting “The Wheel” and its Superior function and work in these latter days.  This is a sign that he, too, is being prepared to make a second visit to “The Wheel” to meet for a second time with the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad for further training and instructions for our future world. 

As we read in the Holy Qur’an, Surah 81, verses 19-27:  “Surely it is the word of a bountiful Messenger, The possessor of strength, established in the presence of the Lord of the Throne, One (to be) obeyed, and faithful.  And your companion is not mad.  And truly he saw himself on the clear horizon.  Nor is he niggardly of the unseen.  Nor is it the word of an accursed devil—Whither then are you going? It is naught but a Reminder for the nations.”

“Then as to him, who is given his book in his right hand.  His account will be taken by an easy reckoning.  And he will go back to his people rejoicing. And as to him who is given his book behind his back, He will call for perdition.  And enter into burning Fire.” —Holy Qur’an, Surah 84, verses 7-12
